Holly Loves Houses!

One morning about nine years ago, I impulsively made a decision:  I’m going to be a REALTOR®.  But, my choice was more than pure impulse.  I had simply enjoyed my own home search so much that I wanted to spend my career bringing people HOME!  And so began the journey to taking classes, earning my license, partnering with Century 21 and learning to serve buyers and sellers with the highest standard of excellence–you deserve the royal treatment!

As a REALTOR®, I see many houses.  Big or small, I love them all!  What makes me a good real estate professional is that I never see a house that I can’t envision becoming a home.  I believe that every house has its own story, its own legacy.  Sellers choose to showcase a house in the way that emphasizes what home means to them. Buyers bring their own vision, style and determination to the house and so evolves transformation.

For me, I love every step of the buyer and seller processes.  I hope that, through this blog, I will be able to explore various topics that will help readers learn more about buying and selling residential real estate.  I am also hopeful too that you will come to feel comfortable reaching out to me with any real estate questions you may have.

Part of my commitment to this profession is keeping up-to-date on skills and knowledge that grow my expertise and help best serve my clients.  To that end, I am happy to tell you that I am a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, a Certified Listing Professional, Certified Buyer’s Agent, Home Staging Consultant, Certified Real Estate Marketer, Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource, and Certified New Homes Professional.  I have won awards for my work, including being named a 2020 and 2022 Century 21 Quality Service Award Winner and being named the 2021 Fastest Growing Top Agent by Homesnap Pro.  But, even with a long list of top-notch credentials, an effective real estate professional must be so much more!  As your guide through this process, my goal is to make your experience as smooth and happy as possible.  As such, I work very hard for you, making open and honest communication the backbone of our journey.  Loyalty is our cornerstone.  Quality service is my commitment.
